Description

Short title: Williams v Lancaster.

Plaintiff(s): Phillip Williams, clerk.

Defendant(s): John Lancaster, Oliver Kent.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Doddington, in the Isle of Ely (Cambridgeshire), and the "fenn lands in Doddington, called the `Adventurers Lands' taken in by the adventurers of the Great Level of the Fenns called `Bedford Levell' and the `Lott' grounds taken in by the com'oners of Doddington aforesd in p'suance of the late Act of Parlt made in King Chas. the Second's time for setling the dreyning of the said Great Level" etc. Tithes.

County/place: Cambridgeshire.

Date of commission: 1 July 1691.
