Short title: Shafto v Micklethwaite.
Plaintiff(s): John Shafto.
Defendant(s): Elias Micklethwaite, clerk.
Subject of depositions: Prebend and rectory and parish of Tockerington alias Thockerington (Northumberland), the demesne lands of Little Bavington in said parish, and the nine farms in Little Bavington, of "both of which the plaintiffis owner and proprietor" and 16 farms or farmholds in Tockerington of which the plaintiff is likewise owner. Tithes.
County/place: Northumberland.
Date of commission: 1 July 1691.
