Description

Short title: Isaacke v Snow.

Plaintiff(s): Sebastian Isaacke, Johanh Treville.

Defendant(s): Jonn. Snow, John Shepheard, John Cornay, John Staplyn, Henry Coffin.

Subject of depositions: Manor and parish of Topsham, and the ancient mills there called "Weare Mills." Touching the custom of "suit and service" (i.e. grinding corn, etc) to said ancient mills.

County/place: Devon.

Date of commission: 1 July 1691.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 21 October 1691 at Topsham.
