Short title: Worthington v Wood.

Plaintiff(s): John Worthington, Samuel Renshaw, executors of the last will and testament of Robert Chorleton, late of Stretford.

Defendant(s): Joseph Wood.

Subject of depositions: Messuage and tenement lying in Marple, in Chester, lately belonging to William Radcliffe.
