Short title: Winder v Stanley.

Plaintiff(s): William Winder.

Defendant(s): Jane Stanley, widow, executrix of Phillip Stanley her late husband.

Subject of depositions: Execution of the office ef deputy receiver or collector of assessed taxes in Cumberland by Phillip Stanley (defendant's late husband), the now plaintiff being at the same time receiver-general for said county. Accounts. Arrears of accounts.

County/place: Cumberland.

Date of commission: 1 July 1691.
