Subject of depositions: Manor of Chester-in-the-Street. Touching lands in Ryton lately belonging to Sir Robert Hodgshon, and afterwards to Dame Susanna Hodgshon, widow of said Sir Robert. Touching the purchase by plaintiff of said Dame Susanna of her estate, for life, in said premises, and also his purchase or taking in mortgage the reversion of said lands from Francis Carr (defendant's late husband).
