Description

Short title: Waterman v Bath.

Plaintiff(s): John Waterman, of Harwell (Berkshire), yeoman, Richard Waterman, of Old Brentford (Middlesex), brickmaker, administrators of Edward Waterman, late of Harwell (Berkshire), deceased.

Defendant(s): Francis Bath and his wife Mary, Luke Bonnywell, William Bonnywell, John Waterman, the younger, and his wife Mary.

Subject of depositions: Estate, of Edward Waterman, late of Harwell, deceased, including land "in ye upper field beyound Icleton Way, in Harwell, in ye county of Berkshire" etc.

County/place: Berkshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1691.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 16 April 1691 at Harwell.
