Short title: Bellingsley v Maltyward.
Plaintiff(s): Nicholas Bellingsley and his wife Ann, administratrix of John Tillott.
Defendant(s): Robert Maltyward.
Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of Leonard Tillott, of Rougham (Suffolk), a farm, in Fairfield, formerly belonging to said Leonard, tenanted by John Piddock and Henry Potter, and a bequest of £100 made by said testator to Ann (the daughter of Martha Tillott, sister of said testator), first married to James Hayward, of Bury St Edmunds, woolcomber, deceased.
County/place: Suffolk.
Date of commission: 12 February 1691.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 23 April 1691 at Bury St Edmund.
