Description

Short title: Darwin v Woolley.

Plaintiff(s): Erasmus Darwin, Richard Darwin, Henry Rands and his wife Ann, and Francis Darwin (an infant), by the said Henry Rands and Ann his wife, his next friends.

Defendant(s): Charles Woolley, clerk, Nicholas Moore, Matthew Addison.

Subject of depositions: Rectory, parsonage, and parish of North Somercoates, and the parsonage of South Somercoates. Tithes. [The name of William Darwin, father of said Erasmus, Richd. Ann, and Francis is mentioned].

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 19 June 1689.
