Description

Short title: Whorwood v Masters.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Whorwood.

Defendant(s): Edward Masters, Doctor of Lawes, Sir William Franklin, kt, John Foach.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Hedington and Marston. Touching the tithes or glebe lands of the same, and "the certainties of the hundred of Bullington" (Oxfordshire). And touching a meadow called "Milton Meadow" alias "Combayte" lying near Whately Bridge, lately belonging to Brome Whorwood, of Holton (Oxfordshire), deceased (father-in-law of defendant Master), and said Brome's lands in Marston. Tithes.

County/place: Oxfordshire.

Date of commission: 19 June 1689.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 16 October 1689 at Oxford.
