Description

Short title: Barker v Clarke.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Barker.

Defendant(s): James Clarke.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Worlingworth (Suffolk) and the demeasne lands belonging, lately the estate of John Thruston, of Hoxne (Suffolk), deceased. Whether said manor was parcel of the dissolved monastery of St Edmond Bury? (Suffolk). Touching also the rectory of Worlingworth (Suffolk). Tithes.

Date of commission: 19 June 1689.
