Short title: Barbott v Horsham.

Plaintiff(s): James Barbott, merchant.

Defendant(s): John Horsham, merchant.

Subject of depositions: Treaty or agreement or charter party between the plaintiff and defendant for the hire of a ship called "The Two Brothers of Plymouth" (Peter Jummett, master), for a voyage then intended from the port of Plymouth to Faroe in the kingdom of Portugal.
