Description

Short title: Coppock v Williamson.

Plaintiff(s): John Coppock.

Defendant(s): Henry Williamson, Doctor in [Physick], Eleanor his wife, John Platt, Thomas Broadhurst, Randulph Ravenscroft.

Subject of depositions: Messuage and tenement in Norton (Cheshire) lately in the possession of the plaintiff, and formerly in the possession of John Coppock, of Norton (plaintiff's father), under a lease from Henry Brooke, esq, Touching an assignment and mortgage of said premises made by the now plaintiff to John Lewis.

County/place: Lancashire; Cheshire.

Date of commission: 5 May 1689.
