Plaintiff(s): The Attorney General on behalf of His Majesty and of the poor of the parish of Saint Andrew, in the city of Norwich.
Defendant(s): James Britten, clerk.
Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Elvedon (Suffolk). Whether Sucklyn Jay, late of Holveston, the patron of said rectory, settled a portion of tithes in the said parish called "Hospitlers Tithes" on the defendant or on the rector of said rectory "for the payment of eight pounds a year to the overseers of said parish of St Andrew, in Norwich, freely discharged of all taxes for the benefit of the poor of said parish "? etc. Tithes.
