Description

Short title: Deely v Walker.

Plaintiff(s): Jane Deely, widow, administratrix of the goods and chattels of John Deely.

Defendant(s): Thomas Walker, Francis Blower.

Subject of depositions: Messuage and tenement in Bisseter alias Burcester (Oxfordshire) being said John Deely's house. Touching a mortgage thereof by the said John Deely to Elizabeth Norris, and an after assignment in mortgage to the now defendant Walker.

County/place: Oxfordshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1688.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 26 January 1689 at Bister.
