Defendant(s): The Attorney General, Sir Robert Dashwood, kt, and bart Sir John Freind, kt, Sir James Hayes, kt, Jane Kingdon, widow, John Stepney, William Bridges, Joseph Deane, John Hayes, Edward Noel, Sir Samuel Dashwood, kt,Thomas Drumstead, Timothy Dodd, William Dawson, Edward Seymour, John Bence, John Hawles, John Pery, Richard Earl of Ranelagh, Theodosia Kingdow, widow, Sir Patrick Trant, bart Sir John James, kt, Elizabeth Huntington, widow.

Subject of depositions: Execution (by plaintiff) of the office of deputy receiver generalship to the defendants, who were "partners and undertakers" touching the management of his late Majesty Chas II his revenues in Ireland, and for payment thereout of all moneys then due, or which should grow due in the civil or military lists in Ireland. Accounts, 1671 to 1685.
