Description

Short title: Provost of the King's College v Mascall.

Plaintiff(s): The Provost of the King's Colledge of our Blessed Lady and Saint Nicholas in Cambridge, and the Schollars of the same Colledge, and the Rt Hon Francis Lord Carrington Viscount Barefore, in the Kingdom of Ireland.

Defendant(s): Richard Mascall, Thomas Perkes, John Ryland, Cressent Warner.

Subject of depositions: Rectory or parish of Wotton, and the town or hamlet of Bearley, and the late dissolved abbey of Bordesley, in Warwick. Tithes.

County/place: Warwickshire; Cambridgeshire.

Date of commission: 13 February 1688.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 18 April 1688 at Henley, Arden.
