Plaintiff(s): The Masters and Fellowes and Schollars of the Colledge of the Holy and Undivided Trinity, in the University of Cambridge, of the Foundation of King Henry the Eight, called Trinity Colledge.
Defendant(s): John Turpin, John Abbott, Thomas Styles, Robert Tunnard, GeorgeGill, Thomas Smith, John Smith.
Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Swineshead, in Lincoln, and meadows called Settle Beets and a hamlet called Brother Toft. Metes and bounds. Tithes.
County/place: Lincolnshire; Cambridgeshire.
Date of commission: 13 February 1688.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 18 April 1688 at Boston.
