Description

Short title: Temple v Holman.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Richard Temple, kt of the Bath and baronet, and Christian Risley, widow, executors of the last will and testament of John Risley, late of Chitwood (Buckinghamshire), esq, deceased.

Defendant(s): Sir John Holman, bart Thomas Bunce, Thomas Addington.

Subject of depositions: Impropriate rectory and parish of Chitwood. Tithes.

County/place: Buckinghamshire.

Date of commission: 13 February 1688.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 28 April 1688 at Buckingham.
