Description

Short title: Grimswade v Munn.

Plaintiff(s): Francis Grimswade, baymaker, and his wife Susanna.

Defendant(s): Thomas Munn, William Cater.

Subject of depositions: Last will and testament, debts, of John Phillips (late of Colchester "Saymaker "), deceased (late father of plaintiff Susanna, and to whose estate defendants are executors). Touching the plaintiff's claim to a sum of money alleged to have been left to her under the will.

County/place: Essex.

Date of commission: 9 May 1687.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 27 May 1687 at Colchester, delivered into Court 7 February 1688.
