Defendant(s): Jeremiah Daniel, linen draper.
Subject of depositions: Estate of Peter Johnson, of Colchester, deceased, late father of Deborah Johnson (plaintiff's late wife), and also father of Abraham Johnson, who was apprenticed to the defendant. Value, of the lands of Peter Johnson, lying in the parish of St Peter, Colchester, and the debts contracted by his daughter Deborah.
County/place: Essex.
Date of commission: 28 November 1687.
