Subject of depositions: Parcel of woodland or coppice land containing about 28 acres, called "Church Coppice" in the parish of Ryarsh (Kent), lately in the possession of Robert Oliver, of Laborne, in the same county, deceased, and since of his son Thomas Oliver. Touching an alleged promise made by Thomas Oliver to his sister Judith (one of the plaintiffs) of a new lease of such premises.
