Description

Short title: Goodall v Heyward.

Plaintiff(s): William Goodall.

Defendant(s): Thomas Heyward.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Shitlington, and lands in Ion and Upper Gravenhurst in that parish, in plaintiff's possession as tenant to Barthw. Tuthill, who holds the same from the Master, Fellows, and Scholars of the College of the Holy and Undivided Trinity within the town and University of Cambridge. Tithes. [Roger Tuthill, clerk, father of Bartholomew, is mentioned].

County/place: Bedfordshire; Cambridgeshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1687.
