Plaintiff(s): Mary Walter, widow, and her son William Walter.
Defendant(s): Thomas Warnell and his wife Katherine.
Subject of depositions: Lands, arable, pasture, and wood, called "y Coppice bach ", "Kae dan y Coppice ", "Kae bannall ysha ", "Kae Crose vane" situate in the parish of Skenfreth, formerly in the possession of Margaret Walter, widow, deceased, late aunt of plaintiff's late husband William Walter, the elder. Mortgage, etc. Also touching meadow ground in Skenfreth called "Gworloed y Collier,' held by defendant under James Stephens, of Skenfreth.
County/place: Monmouthshire.
Date of commission: 28 November 1687.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 1 February 1688 at Monmouth.
