Short title: Carbonel v Vanderhoven.

Plaintiff(s): Martin Carbonel and the Lady Justina, Maria Anna Stepney, wife of Sir John Stepney, kt, deceased, her first husband, and others.

Defendant(s): John Baptista Vanderhoven alias Vanderhoeve.

Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of Madame Susanna Van Dyck, deceased, by which she left and bequeathed to Madame Justina Maria Anna Vandyck, lawful wife to Sir John Bapt. Stepney, kt, dwelling in London, in England, the sum of six thousand guilders.
