Plaintiff(s): Edward Turner and his wife Lucy.

Defendant(s): John Crew Offley, Sir Robert Cotton, kt and bart Thomas Cholmondeleigh, John Acton, William Cotton, Thomas Hall, Dennis Heaford.

Subject of depositions: Last will and testament, goods and chattles, debts, of John Crew, of Crew Hall (plaintiff's late husband), deceased.

County/place: Cheshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1687.
