Subject of depositions: Lands in Wickwar, in Denbigh, called y werne ucha, Kay tan y ty Coytkae brwyn, and "y ber Ilan" late of David John ap Robert alias David John Lewis (plaintiff's grandfather). Touching the last will and testament of David John ap Robert Lewis, and particularly a clause in the will by which he gave and devised the sum of 80l. to be paid and equally divided, share and share alike, out of the messuages, lands, and tenements in the will mentioned between five of his children in the will named, after the decease of him, David John and Mary his then wife, by his eldest son John Davies (one of the defendants), before John Davies was to enjoy the premises or any part thereof.
