Description

Short title: Kendall v Boyes.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Kendall, clerk.

Chapman, Thomas Craven, John Watson, Michael Wilkinson, Matthew Farrow, Robert Nicholson, Anne Medd, John Stonehouse, Robert Medd, Michael Watson, George Shields, William Wilson, Robert Watson, William Pearson,William Watson, George Pearson, John Readman, Richard Day alias Medd.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and vicarage of Middleton, the chapelries of Rosedale and Cropton, and the late abbey or priory of Rosedale. Metes and bounds. Tithes.
