Description

Short title: Kelsall v Owen.

Plaintiff(s): William Kelsall.

Defendant(s): Robert Owen.

Subject of depositions: Expenses alleged to have been incurred by plaintiff in conducting a suit to recover the sum of three hundred pounds left to defendant's children under the will of Jane Pearson, the wife of John Pearson, and sometime calledJane Owen, deceased. [Joseph Pearson, son of John, is mentioned].

County/place: Cheshire.

Date of commission: 15 June 1687.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 15 September 1687 at Nether Alderley.
