Also touching the respective rights and customs of commoning of the landholders and of the poor cottagers of Whately before the inclosure, and a former suit in the Exchequer between the Attorney General, plaintiff, v. Crecheild Draper, Robert Whorwood, Gilbert Jackson, and John Robinson, and a decree of the Court of Exchequer therein, and an alleged agreement come to between the landholders and cottagers. Also touching the bounding and fencing of the respective allotments of the landholders and cottagers and poor inhabitants of Whately aforesaid.
