Description

Short title: Blackett v Madgin.

Plaintiff(s): William Blackett.

Defendant(s): John Madgin alias Madgshon.

Subject of depositions: Village or township of South Bedburn in the parish or chapelry of Hamsterley, in the county palatine of Durham. Also touching the grounds or place called Bedburn Park, lately belonging to Sir William Darcyand James Darcy. Metes and bounds. Tithes.

County/place: Durham.

Date of commission: 12 February 1687.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 7 March 1687 at Durham.
