Short title: Barker v Barney.

Plaintiff(s): Edmund Barker.

Defendant(s): John Barney.

Subject of depositions: Tithes called "Treasury Tithes" and The Hall Garth, in the parish of Otley, the lease and demesne lands of the Archbishop of York, lying in that parish, and the possessions in the parish of the late priory of Clement Thorpe, in the city of York. Tithes.
