Defendant(s): Edward Coke (an infant), by the Lady Anne Coke, his mother and guardian, William Gwavas.
Subject of depositions: Contract or agreement said (by plaintiff) to have been made by John Coke, deceased, to buy of plaintiff some books, household stuff, or other goods, which were the goods said Sir Nicholas Lestrange, remaining in the late house of Sir Nicholas at Hunstanton Hall (Norfolk). Touching the payment claimed by the plaintiff for the books, out of the estate of John Coke, deceased.
