Description

Short title: Blackett v Madgin.

Plaintiff(s): William Blackett.

Defendant(s): John Madgin alias Magshon alias Madgshon.

Subject of depositions: Village or township of South Bedburne, in the parish, prebend, or chapelry of Hamsterly, in the county palatine of Durham, and the grounds or place called Bedburne Park, within such parish. Tithes. [Sir William Darcy, knight, and James Darcy, are mentioned].

County/place: Durham.

Date of commission: 29 November 1686.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 18 January 1687 at Darlington.
