Subject of depositions: Grounds in the manor of Epworth in the Isle of Axholme (Lincolnshire), "being part of the marshes and waste grounds drained and improved by Sir Cornelius Vermuden and his participants" and the award of Sir John Banks (Attorney General to his late Majesty Charles the First) about the dreyning, and the decree of the Court of Exchequer, made for the confirmation of the award.
