Description

Short title: Carpenter v Eckley.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Carpenter.

Defendant(s): John Eckley, the younger, and his wife Sarah, Thomas Watkins and his wife Sibill, lately called SibillDowninge.

Subject of depositions: Will and testament of Anne Martin, heretofore of the "Bove Inne" in the suburbs of the city of Hereford, to whom the defendants Sarah and Sabill were maidservants during her last illness.

County/place: Herefordshire.

Date of commission: 23 June 1686.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 4 October 1686 at Hereford.
