Subject of depositions: Contract or agreement made between plaintiff and defendant Holt for the delivery to the plaintiff by Holt of forty packs of yellow cotton wool every month, the defendant Heyrick being Holt's factor in Manchester. Alleged inferior quality of wool supplied. Prices of wool in Manchester. Customs of traders.
