Subject of depositions: Account stated for clothes supplied by defendant (a tailor) to the plaintiff, consisting of "a new hatt, with shirts, hose, shoes, and a great coate or frocke" about the year 1682, for which he charged seventeen pounds. Whether the clothes were worth five pounds? Also touching defendant's charges for journies to Polsteed in Suffolk, "about the right of an advowson the plt. claimed of the parish church of Polsteed." Did he "goe as a tailor or as a solicitor about the premises." Whether the sum of fifteen pounds was enough for the clothes and journies? [The plaintiff appears to have been a minor at the time he had the clothes].
