Description

Short title: Edwards v Gladwin.

Plaintiff(s): John Edwards, clerk, Grace Moseley, widow, relict and administratrix of Thomas Moseley, clerk, deceased.

Defendant(s): Thomas Gladwin, Gilbert Munday, Robert Heyward, Robert Ferne, Robert Pidcock, Henry Wall, Susan Legh, late Susan Gregg (an infant), by Thomas Legh her husband and guardian.

Subject of depositions: Rectory of Darley, in Derby. Tithe ore of lead mines; right and title to tithes.

County/place: Derbyshire.

Date of commission: 23 June 1686.
