Description

Short title: Brice v Lenthall.

Plaintiff(s): John Brice, clerk.

Defendant(s): Dame Katherine Lenthall, widow, administratrix of Sir John Lenthall, late of Besselsleigh, kt, Robert Batchelor, Edward Townsend.

Subject of depositions: Rectory of Appleton, and lands in Appleton called "The Inlands" and "Butler's Close." Tithes.

County/place: Berkshire.

Date of commission: 23 June 1686.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 30 September 1686 and 9 October 1686 at Besselsleigh.
