Plaintiff(s): Theophilus Hooke, clerk, and Edward Lord Viscount Hereford (brother of Leicester Lord Viscount Hereford, deceased), an infant, by said Theophilus Hook, his guardian and next friend, Thomas Edgar, Edward Steynor.
Defendant(s): George Owen, D.D.
Subject of depositions: Manor or lordship of Mouncton, and the rectory and parish of Stackpoole Ellidore (Pembrokeshire). Touching a yearly payment or sum of money claimed of the rector of the rectory and out of the parish of St Petrox, as due to Edward Viscount Hereford, and lately to Leicester Viscount Hereford, as lords of the manor.
