Short title: Rawlinson v Tankred.

Plaintiff(s): Christopher Rawlinson, clerk.

Defendant(s): Charles Tankred, William Wasse, John Harrison, Richard Wilkinson, Thomas Scurr, Francis Harrison.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Hawneby, a place or common in the parish called Hamilton, the lordship and waste of Murton, the lordship of Daile Town, in York. Metes and bounds. Tithes.

County/place: Yorkshire.
