Description

Short title: Fox v Charlett.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Fox, clerk, vicar of Bromyard.

Defendant(s): Mary Charlett, widow, executrix of William Charlett.

Subject of depositions: Vicarage and parish of Bromyard. The plaintiff claims a mortuary as due to him as vicar upon the death of the defendant's late husband.

County/place: Herefordshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1686.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 15 April 1686 at Bromyard.
