Plaintiff(s): Theophilus Hook, clerk, Edward Lord Viscount Hereford (an infant) by the said Theophilus, administrator of the goods and chattels of Leicester, Lord Viscount Hereford, during the minority of said Edward his brother and heir, Thomas Edgar and Edward Steyne.
Defendant(s): George Meare.
Subject of depositions: Manor or lordship of Mouncton, the rectory or impropriation of St Mary's, and two water corn-grist-mills situate in the parish of St Mary, in the town of Pembroke. Touching a yearly pension, duty, payment, or sum of money claimed as payable to Leicester Viscount Hereford and to Edward (as lords of the manor (for such mills in lieu of tithes.
