Plaintiff(s): Walter Heveningham.
Defendant(s): Sampson Webb, the elder, Ann Webb, widow, Sampson Webb, the younger, (an infant), by said Sampson Webb, the elder, his guardian.
Subject of depositions: Manor of Aston, near Stone (Staffordshire), in the possession of the plaintiff. Touching plaintiff's claim to chief rents from freeholders within the manor as due to him as lord thereof. [Sir Wr. Heveningham (plaintiff's grandfather), former lord of the manor, is mentioned].
County/place: Staffordshire.
Date of commission: 28 November 1685.
