Description

Short title: Finnymore v Sainthill.

Plaintiff(s): Winifred Finnymore, widow, Elizabeth Harcourt, Dorothy Harcourt, spinsters.

Defendant(s): Samuel Sainthill.

Subject of depositions: Purchase of the reversion of the tenement of Batbaies (parcel of the Duchy of Cornwall), in the King's manor of Bradninch, in Devon, lately in the possession of John Harcourt (the plaintiff's late brother).

County/place: Devon.

Date of commission: 26 November 1685.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 21 January 1686 at Bradninch.
