Subject of depositions: Close or parcel of ground in the parish of Harrow, called "Cock Phillips" formerly belonging to Thomas Maynard (late father of plaintiff and defendant). Whether customary or copyhold land and reputed to be holden of the manor of Harrow Rectory, or of the manor of Harrow alias Sudbury? Customs of manors. Also touching the will of Joan Maynard, late mother of plaintiff and defendant. [Lord North, George Pitts, and Sir James Rushout, are mentioned as successive lords of the manors].
