Description

Short title: Silvester v Pocock.

Plaintiff(s): Edmund Silvester, clerk.

Defendant(s): Rebecca Pocock, widow.

Subject of depositions: Vicarage and parsonage or impropriation of Chewely (Berkshire), and lands and tenements there called "Moneyes Reynolds" and "Henlyes liveings" lately belonging to Giles Pocock (defendant's late husband). Tithes, mortuaries, etc.

County/place: Berkshire.

Date of commission: 8 July 1685.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 2 October 1685 at Cheweley.
