Defendant(s): Martha Clopton, widow (sister of said Bishop), and Walter Clopton, executors of the last will and testament of the late Dr Isaac Barrow, late Bishop of St Asaph, deceased.
Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of Dr Isaac Barrow, Bishop of St Asaph, an almshouse in the parish of St Asaph (for poor women) said to have been built and endowed by him, and a free school in the parish which, it is alleged, he wished should be built and endowed out of his estate.
