Description

Short title: Wood v Burdett.

Plaintiff(s): Joseph Wood, clerk.

Defendant(s): Sir Francis Burdett, bart Robert Squire, executors of the last will and testament of Dame Mary Beaumont, widow of Sir Richard Beaumont, two of the defendants.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and vicarage of Sandall Magna. Touching a pension or pensions payable to the Archbishop of York and to the Dean and Chapter of York respectively out of or for the rectory. Tithes.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 27 June 1685.
